Right of withdrawal

At Games we offer a 1-year exchange and return policy. The period is counted from the day you receive your order.

You can exchange and return all items in both of our shops. If you wish to send an item back, you pay the return shipping costs yourself.

When returning items purchased in one of our shops, bring or enclose the receipt for the purchase.

Right of complaint

You have a 2-year right of complaint in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act. Our right of complaint covers defects in material and/or manufacturing.

The right of complaint does not cover defects or damage caused by incorrect use of the product.

If you wish to make a complaint about items purchased in one of our shops, you must bring the item in question and the receipt for the purchase. When a complaint is handed in, we strive to solve the problem right away, but in some cases we need to keep the item for closer examination.

Condition of the item when returned

The item must be returned in its original condition and packaging.
