Right of Withdrawal / Exchange & Returns

At Games, we offer a 1-year exchange and return policy. The period is calculated from the day you receive your order.

You may exchange and return all items in both of our stores. If you choose to return an item by mail, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.

Webshop

When returning items purchased on gamesweb.dk, please include or bring your order number.

Store

When returning items purchased in one of our stores, please include or bring your receipt.

Right to Claim (Warranty)

A 2-year right to claim applies in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act. Our right to claim covers defects in material and/or manufacturing.

The right to claim does not cover faults or damage caused by incorrect use of the product.

Store

If you wish to make a claim regarding items purchased in one of our stores, please bring the item in question along with your receipt. When submitting a claim, we aim to resolve the issue immediately, but in some cases we may need to retain the item for further inspection.

Condition of the item when returned

The item must be returned in its original condition and packaging.
