Payment

Games accepts payment by Dankort, Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard and MobilePay. No payment fees are charged.

Payment for your order will only be charged to your account once the item has been shipped. All prices are in DKK and include Danish VAT.

If you are a customer outside the EU, Danish VAT will be deducted from your order.

Games uses an approved payment server that encrypts all card information using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. This means that we cannot access your card details, and they will not be shared with any third party.

EAN Payment

You can place orders using an EAN number on gamesweb.dk.

During checkout, enter the EAN number in the designated field. The goods will be shipped to your preferred address and invoiced electronically via the EAN system.

Delivery

Games ships parcels with GLS. Parcels are shipped Monday–Friday (excluding public holidays).

You can track your parcel using the track and trace number sent to you by email once your order has been dispatched.

Whenever possible, we ship our parcels in recycled boxes to reduce environmental impact.

Store Pickup

When placing your order, you can choose to collect it in one of our stores.

If you order on a weekday before 3:00 PM and the item is in stock at the selected store, it will often be ready for pickup within a few hours.

Please note that the webshop is connected to our warehouse in Copenhagen. When ordering for pickup in Aarhus, it may take up to six days before your order is ready for collection.

Please always wait until you receive an email confirming that your order is ready for pickup before coming to the store.

Right of Withdrawal / Exchange & Returns

At Games, we offer a 1-year exchange and return policy. The period is calculated from the day you receive your order.

You may exchange and return all items in both of our stores. If you choose to return an item by mail, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.

Webshop

When returning items purchased on gamesweb.dk, please include or bring your order number.

Store

When returning items purchased in one of our stores, please include or bring your receipt.

Right to Claim (Warranty)

A 2-year right to claim applies in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act. Our right to claim covers defects in material and/or manufacturing.

The right to claim does not cover faults or damage caused by incorrect use of the product.

If you wish to make a claim regarding a product purchased on gamesweb.dk, please contact us at info@gamesweb.dk.

Store

If you wish to make a claim regarding items purchased in one of our stores, please bring the item along with your receipt. When submitting a claim, we aim to resolve the issue immediately, but in some cases we may need to retain the item for further inspection.

The item must be returned in its original condition and packaging.

Refunds

If a refund has been agreed upon, the amount will be returned to the card used for payment.

If payment was not made by card, please provide your bank details so we can transfer the agreed amount.

Can I Be Sure the Item Is in Stock?

Our website is updated daily to ensure that the products displayed are in stock. However, as gamesweb.dk is connected to our stores in Copenhagen and Aarhus, we reserve the right for items to sell out during the day.

You will of course be notified as soon as possible before your order is shipped if one or more of the items you ordered are out of stock.

Complaints

We always strive to ensure that shopping at Games is a positive experience and that you, as a customer, are satisfied.
