Encyclopedia of Monsters (English)
In stock at the following stores: Games København, Games Aarhus
Cooperative memory game for children in which the players travel the globe looking for monsters, spirits and legendary creatures.
The game consists of five colourful volumes – like a real encyclopedia – one for each continent. Each volume contains everything needed to visit three countries, and each country has its own rules, challenges and monsters. On their turn, a player plays a monster card and uses the card's special rule to find the matching tile. If the monster is found, it stays face up. Otherwise a candle is blown out, all the monsters are turned face down again, and the players have to start over and remember where they are hiding.
The pages of the encyclopedia also tell of customs and creatures in the countries visited. The game is designed by Antoine Bauza, Corentin Lebrat and Théo Rivière and published by Scorpion Masqué.
