Palourde (Danish/English/French)
In stock at the following stores: Games København, Games Aarhus
Memory game for 2-5 players aged 4 and up, in which clams are gathered on the beach before the high tide comes in. The box contains 60 round cards of 50 mm in a metal tin with a cardboard sleeve, and rules are included in Danish, English and French.
Unlike an ordinary memory game, where a pair is simply set aside, the outcome depends on what is turned over. Two clams go into the basket, two crabs let you steal from another player, and other pairs have to be put back or removed from the game. The high tide cards count down towards the end, and the storm warning can cut the game short.
