A 3x3 cube with no core, designed by Uwe Meffert and published by Recent Toys. The cube is hollow, so it is possible to see straight through it while it is being turned.
On an ordinary 3x3 a core holds the six centre pieces in place; the Hollow Cube has no core. The mechanism sits in the frame itself, and the centre pieces are openings. That does not change the solving method, but it shows how little actually holds a cube together — and makes it a display piece as much as a brain teaser.

If you order on a weekday before 3:00 PM, and the item is in stock at the store in question, the item will often be ready for pickup within a few hours.
Please note that the webshop is connected to our warehouse in Copenhagen. When you order for pickup in Aarhus, it can therefore take up to six days before the order is ready for pickup.
Therefore, always wait until you have received an email stating that your order is ready for pickup.
