Carcassonne: The Princess & The Dragon (Danish)
In stock at the following stores: Games København, Games Aarhus
The Princess and the Dragon is the third expansion for Carcassonne. It contains 30 new land tiles with all sorts of new things: volcanoes, portals, dragons, fairies and princesses.
A land tile with a portal can be used to place one of your followers on any vacant land tile. If you place a city tile with a princess, you can throw one of the other players' followers out of the city.
When a volcano is placed, the dragon figure comes into play. Each time a dragon tile is drawn after that, the dragon must be moved 6 times horizontally or vertically from tile to tile. If the dragon runs into a follower, the follower is eaten. On your turn, however, you can choose to use the fairy to protect one of your followers from the dragon,
The Princess & The Dragon changes Carcassonne considerably and makes the game much more confrontational. If you like that sort of thing, you will love this expansion.
The Danish and English, new and old expansions for Carcassonne all fit together. There may, however, be differences in the appearance of the tiles.
