Derby is a party, games and excitement - even for those who have never been to a horse race! Experience the atmosphere of a classic fast-paced and nerve-wracking horse race. In Derby, you buy racehorses and participate with them in the races. Bet money on the winning horse on the totalisator. There are high amounts at stake. Here, the point is to bet on the right horse! You start with 2,000 kr. Should you bet your borrowed money on well-considered purchases of horses and companies? Or should you bet your fortune on the winner? After the 10th race, the racetrack closes. The player with the greatest fortune in horses, companies, bonds and money is the winner of the Derby.
This new edition of the game contains two versions of the game:
Classic Derby: The original gaming experience for enthusiasts.
Modern Derby: A fast and compact family game.
The game also features a racebook with achievements that allows you to follow your horse's career and see your achievements in the Hall of Fame, as well as a legacy variant that changes the dynamics of the game over time.
