Mycelia is a dynamic tactical game in a competition for space and resources to create your own fungal kingdom. The game follows the life cycle of fungi, a journey of creation, expansion, death and rebirth – from the game's perspective, cultivating fungi to score points, spreading them to expand your mycelial network, and finally watching them decay to unlock special actions.
On a turn, a player has two actions to perform out of the six available options. Using your decay actions, stealing spores, and blocking other fungi are just some of the ways to advance in the game. Players can develop their own playstyle, perhaps playing more aggressively to steal other players' spores or disrupt their mycelial network - or perhaps playing more defensively to try to protect their own territory and spores.
The board is made up of triangular tiles representing different environments and nutrients that the fungi need to grow. These tiles can be added to the board by the players, so the board is always growing and evolving.
Mycelia incorporates beautiful and accurate botanical illustrations with over 69 fungi that can be found in nature.

When you place your order, you can choose to pick up your order at one of our stores.
If you order on a weekday before 3:00 PM, and the item is in stock at the store in question, the item will often be ready for pickup within a few hours.
Please note that the webshop is connected to our warehouse in Copenhagen. When you order for pickup in Aarhus, it can therefore take up to six days before the order is ready for pickup.
Therefore, always wait until you have received an email stating that your order is ready for pickup.
