An incredibly simple and fun game about building railway routes in Europe. The game can be learned in 3 minutes, while also challenging strategically and tactically.
Players collect different train cards that match the color of the routes on the board. Once enough cards of the same color have been collected, they can be handed over and the player can then place their train cars on the route. The longer the routes, the more points the player scores. Players try to create routes that match their secret "ticket cards", which give points at the end of the game.
Ticket to Ride: Europe introduces new tunnel and bridge routes, as well as station buildings that allow you to use one of your teammates' routes to complete one of your "tickets." This means it's not as easy to block your opponents as it was in the first Ticket to Ride.
Ticket to Ride is an incredibly popular family game. The rules are simple, but the game still offers many interesting choices and considerations.
