Architects of the West Kingdom
In stock at the following stores: Games København, Games Aarhus
Architects of the West Kingdom is set at the end of the Carolingian Empire, approx. the year 850. New landmarks are to be built in honour of the king. The new construction calls for skilled architects, but the king is not easily impressed, so you have to outdo your opponents to keep your standing - otherwise you end up on the black market with the thieves.
The players' task is to construct landmarks in the king's new domain. To do so you must gather materials, hire apprentices and keep an eye on their work ethic. But beware, for your rival architects will stop at nothing to halt you and reach the top themselves. You will have to make some moral decisions. A few deals under the table here and there do not seem like much at first, but take care, because if you go too far you will be punished in the end.
