Traditional Nigerian strategy game for two in Lemery Games' LUDOS Africa Collection series. The box contains a playing mat and 24 pieces, 12 for each player, along with rules in English.
Dara is played on a grid of 5 × 6 spaces. First the players take turns placing their pieces; after that, a piece is moved one space at a time horizontally or vertically. Three in a row gives the right to remove one of the opponent's pieces, and in this edition the winner is the first to have captured ten. The game resembles nine men's morris, but has no fixed lines on the board.
