Years after the confrontation with Van Helsing, Dracula lands in Whitby, England, once again. The townspeople seek help from the vampire hunter, Professor Van Helsing. Can Van Helsing defeat Dracula before he turns everyone into vampires?
In Dracula vs Van Helsing each player controls one of the title characters. Van Helsing must remove Dracula's life points to win, but if Dracula turns all four inhabitants of the same district into vampires, Dracula wins.
The game lasts up to five rounds, in which the players draw and play cards that affect the outcome. Each round ends with either a vampire transformation or a loss of life points for Dracula. The first player to meet a winning condition wins the game.
