Hits And Outs
In stock at the following stores: Games København, Games Aarhus
Hits & Outs (ヒット＆アウト) is inspired by the strategic duel between pitcher and batter and recreates the exciting moments of baseball without the need to keep track of player statistics or the result of every pitch. As the name suggests, there are no balls or strikes in this game - only hits and outs.
Each inning, the players take turns at the plate and on the mound. When batting, you get hits by correctly guessing the base where the pitcher has hidden the baseball token; if they hid the token on second base and you find it, you have hit a double. When pitching, you must stop the batter from reaching base and scoring points by fooling them three times - each wrong guess is an out. The player with the most points at the end of the game wins.
