Hits & Outs (ヒット＆アウト) is inspired by the strategic battle between pitcher and batter, recreating the exciting moments of baseball without having to keep track of player stats or the results of each pitch. As the name suggests, there are no balls or strikes in this game - just hits and outs!
Each inning, players alternate at the plate and on the mound. When batting, you get hits by correctly guessing the base where the pitcher has hidden the baseball chip; if they hid the chip on second base and you find it, you've hit a double! When pitching, you must prevent the batter from reaching base and score runs by tricking him three times - each wrong guess is an out. The player with the most runs at the end of the game wins!
