Micro card game for one to two players built around the Okazaki fragments of DNA replication. Players form base pairs, write them into their own sequence and race to be the first to copy the origin sequence.
The whole game runs on 18 identical cards. So there are no varying card strengths to read an opponent by, as there are in an ordinary trick-taking game. The tension lies in the mutation and repair abilities, which let both sides rewrite both the hand and the sequence already on paper.
