Royal Visit is a kind of tug-of-war duel between 2 players. The game board with 17 spaces is placed between the 2 players, and the 6 figures are placed centrally on the board.
On your turn you may play any number of cards of the same colour. Depending on how many cards you play, you may move the figure in question that number of steps. There are, however, restrictions and rules to observe when moving the different figures. The king, for example, cannot move past his two guards. Plan carefully how you move the figures around the board, so that you are ready to deliver the final blow a few rounds into the game.
A fun duelling game in which long-term planning is a must.
