Anniversary edition of Stratego from Jumbo. Contains a game board, 40 red and 40 blue pieces, 3 bonus pieces for each side, battle cards, a screen and storage boxes for each army.
The rules are the classic ones: the rank of the pieces is hidden from the opponent, and the aim is to capture the flag. This edition has heavier, redesigned pieces, male and female versions of the marshal, lieutenant and scout, and an optional variant with battle cards that allow diagonal moves, jumps and special attacks.
