Unboxed
In stock at the following stores: Games København, Games Aarhus
In Unboxed, you and your friends take on the role of archaeology interns led by Dr. Ramos. At the dig site the team has uncovered ten caches of ancient board games, and they need your help to work out how they were played. The centuries have not been kind to the rulebooks, so you will have to deduce the rules from each game's symbolism, its components and your own experience and intuition. Hopefully you have been attending board game nights regularly...
Investigate: Each of the ten dig sites gives you a specific set of components and a few questions to help with your "research".
Assess: Work out how the components function together.
Play: Once you have reconstructed the rules, you have a fully functional game.
Unboxed gives board game enthusiasts and aspiring game designers a unique puzzle experience with a playful twist on the "one-box" mystery and many satisfying surprises. Dr. Ramos will be there to give hints while you theorise and test your designs for all ten of the given scenarios. So what are you waiting for? Put your detective skills to the test and get these ancient games Unboxed.
