Signature kendama from KROM, developed by the Italian kendama player Davide Leonardi together with the graphic designer Kate Weinberg. The design combines blue water as an image of flow with red fire as an image of courage and competition. The ken is maple and the tama bamboo, and the box also holds an extra string, a string tool and stickers.
The shape is KROM’s Freestyle shape, which Davide drew himself with fluid combinations and small technical movements in mind. The pairing of maple and bamboo sets it apart from most of KROM’s other signature models, which have a beech tama. KROM guarantees that ken and tama differ by no more than 0–7 g in weight.
