A breathtaking, chaotic and incredibly fun racing game, where players control small robots around dangerous test tracks with lasers, bottomless pits and conveyor belts.
Players must initially pre-program their robot's movements based on assigned cards that indicate whether the robot should turn, go straight, turn around, etc. If you're not fast enough, some of the robot's movements will be randomly programmed.
Once all players have programmed their robot, one card is revealed at a time and the movement is executed. During a programming sequence, things can go terribly wrong if your robot is pushed, moved too far by a conveyor belt, or if you simply programmed incorrectly, and chaos and unintended movements can quickly arise.
Robo Rally is an older game from the 90s, but it still holds up today. Robo Rally: 30th Anniversary is a special edition of Robo Rally, which includes eight pre-painted robots, four new double-sided game boards, wooden tokens, a metal priority token, and dual-layer player boards.
