You are an explorer in a dangerous world. You do the work that few others will do. The enigmatic ruins of the Great Dark are avoided by most, but not by you. You seek them out to delve into their shadowy depths and uncover their secrets. Decay – the catastrophic plague that spreads from the ruins – is your beacon. Where there is Decay, there are artifacts to find and mysteries to solve. Ship City is disappearing, but you and your fellow explorers can find a path to a better future.
So put on your diving suit, board a mighty Capital Ship, and head down the Slipstream into the unknown. Your motto: explore or perish!
THE GAME
Inspired by 19th century expeditions, deep sea diving and pulp archaeology, Coriolis: The Great Dark is a role-playing game of exploration and intrigue. Embark on dangerous expeditions, navigate the byzantine plans of Ship City, and search for the keys that unlock the mystery of this lost horizon.
Based in the asteroid metropolis of Ship City, explorers will venture into the unknown to uncover the truth behind the mysteries of their surroundings. In this game, the story is meant to be experienced in-game, not read about beforehand. Taking on the roles of seasoned ruin explorers, explorers will be sent on dangerous missions to brave the horrors of the Blight and the corrupt creatures and phenomena that inhabit the desolate ruins.
The game rules are based on the acclaimed Year Zero Engine, used in award-winning games such as ALIEN RPG, Tales From the Loop and Forbidden Lands, and has been further developed and streamlined to Coriolis: The Great Dark It's easy, quick, and tasteful to create a character and team, so you can jump right into the action.

When you place your order, you can choose to pick up your order at one of our stores.
If you order on a weekday before 3:00 PM, and the item is in stock at the store in question, the item will often be ready for pickup within a few hours.
