Loners (English)
In stock at the following stores: Games København, Games Aarhus
Loners is a card game in which the players gather a following of the street's oddballs and fight their way up the pecking order of the neighbourhood. The design is by Young Jerks and takes its look from the toys of the 1980s and 90s.
Players play ever stronger combinations to beat the combination on the table. The hand may not be rearranged, so public Loner cards can be taken in to strengthen combinations – but a combination containing Loner cards can be stolen by anyone able to add a card to it. Guard cards bring the level back down, and the first player to get rid of their cards wins the round. The round is not over, however, until all public Loner cards have been taken.
