In IO Bom O Mau EO Bode ( The Good, the Bad and the Goat), players take on the roles of various characters from the Old West who strive for wealth, control and dominance in a frontier town.
Throughout the game's three rounds, players engage in a dynamic exchange of character cards. As the dealer rotates between players, each turn involves checking four cards and offering one face down to another player. The dealer must declare which character is being offered, but must lie about it. The recipient is then faced with the choice of accepting or rejecting the card. If accepted, they gain control of the character; if rejected, the dealer gains control of the character. In either case, the player to the left becomes the new dealer. Characters give players coins or valuable possessions, but some, like the sheriff and the gunslinger, bring trouble or arrest. And of course, no one wants to get the goat because it's worthless.
After three rounds (or four in two-player games), the game ends. The player with the highest total amount of coins and associated tokens wins.
