Skyjo Junior (Danish/English)
In stock at the following stores: Games København, Games Aarhus
The children's edition of the card game Skyjo. The cards show fruit, and each player has 12 cards laid out face down in a 3 x 4 grid.
Unlike the base game, the aim here is to collect as many high fruit cards as possible in columns. Players take turns flipping, swapping and collecting cards until all of them are face up. The rules are simple enough to learn in a few minutes, and children practise number recognition and memory as they play. The cards have no text, so language only matters for the rules booklet, and the box is small enough to fit in a bag.
