The Mind is more than just a game. It is an experiment.
In this small cooperative game, the players are not allowed to talk to each other. Together, however, they must manage to play all 100 numbered cards of the game in numerical order. Depending on whether there are 2, 3 or 4 players, you have to get through 12, 10 or 8 levels of deafeningly silent communication. At the start of each level the players receive an increasing number of cards, after which you look deep into your fellow players' eyes to work out whether you might be the one holding the lowest card of the round. If you think you are, you play the card. If that is correct, you carry on and try to play the next card. If it is wrong, all cards lower than the one played are discarded and you lose a life. Lose all your lives and you have lost. If you manage to get rid of all 100 cards, you win.
In The Mind: Extreme there are several piles, which can go both up and down. More fun for the lover of The Mind.
