Cities adds black city cards with mercenaries, thieves, spies and diplomats, which increase the interaction between players considerably. The black cards enter the game like all other cards and often affect the neighbouring players. The expansion also makes it possible to play in teams.
The box contains 42 cards, two new wonders, 26 debt tokens and 4 diplomacy tokens.
