Catan: New Energies (English)
In stock at the following stores: Games København, Games Aarhus
Standalone Catan game for 3-4 players in which the island has to be supplied with energy. Cards and rules are in English.
Unlike classic Catan, players build not only roads, settlements and cities but also power plants. They choose between cheap fossil energy, which gives faster progress, and more expensive renewable plants — and the pollution hits the whole island, no matter who caused it. The game was designed by Klaus Teuber and his son Benjamin Teuber and was Klaus Teuber's last design.
