CATsle Builders (French/English)
In stock at the following stores: Games København, Games Aarhus
CATsle Builders is a trick-taking game for 3-5 players from the French publisher Musoka Studio, published in French as Chatpentiers. The players are cat carpenters in Edo-period Japan, competing to build the strongest castle.
In each trick players must follow suit, and the highest card in the suit led wins. According to their placing in the trick, the players take one or more of the played cards and tuck them under their castle board, which is divided into four sections. Each section takes only one colour and has a cap on the number of cards: hitting the cap exactly gives a bonus, exceeding it costs points. After three rounds, the player with the most points wins.
