Rushing rivers, deep forests, wheat fields swaying in the wind, and here and there a charming little village: that is Dorfromantik.
Dorfromantik started as a computer game in 2021 and has already won a number of awards, as well as the hearts of a large fan base. The popular building and puzzle game has now been made into a board game version for the whole family.
The players work together to lay hexagonal tiles, creating beautiful landscapes and meeting the wishes of the population. At the same time they must try to make as long a river as possible and keep an eye on the flags, which score points in enclosed areas. The better they do this, the more points they can score at the end.
The game contains a replayable campaign, in which the points can be used to unlock new tiles hidden in sealed boxes. The new tiles give the players the chance to reach new goals and score more and more points.
