EGO: Extraterrestrial Greeting Organization (English)
In stock at the following stores: Games København, Games Aarhus
Strategy game for 2-5 players by Reiner Knizia with illustrations by Marie Bergeron. The players are ambassadors from Earth's planets, vying to impress alien civilisations on a journey through the galaxy. Cards and rules are in English.
Unlike pure auction games, where the highest bid wins, prestige is put at stake in every negotiation. Bids are made with gifts, persuasion, intrigue and technology, and whoever pushes too hard can be left with neither allies nor standing. The boards are modular, and the events are drawn in varying order, so the journey never runs the same way twice.
