Favelas
In stock at the following stores: Games København, Games Aarhus
Favelas are the colourful, characteristic residential areas of Rio de Janeiro. They lie close together and almost look as if they are stacked on top of each other. They are neighbourhoods in constant development and in need of renewal. The challenge is that the funds at your disposal are limited, and the demand for particular kinds of building keeps shifting.
In Favelas each player tries to build a town out of the game's good-looking, colourful tiles. The game is played over three rounds, and in each round it changes which colours give which points, and during the rounds the players themselves can manipulate this. So sensible planning and selection are needed to make your tiles come together as a (point-scoring) whole at the end of each round.
Favelas is a simple, good-looking and family-friendly game, where it takes puzzling and thinking to win.
