Wooden balancing game with 51 blocks, each made of a different type of wood and engraved with the name of the tree and the place it comes from. The blocks are made from collected offcuts of various trees, so every copy is different.
Unlike an ordinary block tower in uniform wood, these blocks differ in weight, colour, scent and surface, which can be felt as the tower is built and taken apart. It is played like the classic block-stacking game: the blocks are stacked in layers of three, players take turns pulling out a block that is not at the top and placing it on top, until the tower falls. The blocks can also be used for free building. El Bosque belongs to the Ludus Ludi series from the Spanish workshop Pico Pao.
