Kyoto no Neko
In stock at the following stores: Games København, Games Aarhus
Family game for 2-4 players in which each player guides a kitten through modern-day Kyoto. The board is assembled from tiles that are laid out differently each time, so rooftops, streets and alleys are never in the same place in two games.
Unlike pure race games, every attempt is decided by a skill test. The kitten has four attributes — agility, friendliness, toughness and hunting instinct — and the dice decide whether it slips past a dog or a bicycle, makes contact with another cat, catches a mouse or gets up a tree. The game ends when a kitten has completed five tasks, and at the second and fourth task all players get a boost, so that the field does not get pulled too far apart.
