Card game for 2–4 players from Heldbergs Games, in which the players are facility managers at a run-down love hotel in Osaka. The box contains 100 cards of kraft paper, a game piece in beech wood, nuts and screws, rules in English and German, plus a poster, a door sign and a signed double postcard.
The players clean the hotel floor by floor and receive cards for each room, while their opponents try to wreck their moves with stress, cancellation and special cards. The humour is crude and clearly for adults, and the publisher itself recommends the game from '37 years'. The box is hand-printed with water-based inks and made in a numbered run of 999, so it is as much a gift as a game.
