The classic Othello in a plastic edition. Othello is an abstract game that is easy to learn but hard to master.
Othello is a very popular game played all over the world. Every year the Danish Othello Federation (Dansk Othello Forbund) holds the Danish championship, and the winner can take part in the world championship.
In Othello every piece has a black side and a white side. The players take turns placing a piece with their own colour facing up. A piece must be placed so that it 'encloses' one or more of the opponent's pieces. When that happens, all the 'enclosed' pieces are flipped and become the same colour as the piece just placed. The winner is the player with the most pieces in their own colour at the end of the game
