Phantom Ink is a deduction and word game for 4-8 players from Resonym, designed by Mary Flanagan and Max Seidman. The players split into two teams, and on each team one player is the spirit, who knows a secret object, while the rest are mediums who have to guess it.
The mediums ask questions from the cards, and the spirit replies by writing the answer one letter at a time on a folded pad, so the team has to guess from half-finished words. The first team to guess the object wins. The game was recommended for the Spiel des Jahres in 2024.
