Red Cathedral
In stock at the following stores: Games København, Games Aarhus
Autumn is probably the best season for climbing a scaffold in Moscow - much better, though, than doing it in winter. Tsar Ivan wants to see results, and our building crew will prove to him that we are the best in town. We are sure we can finish the decorative arches and secure our place on the list of the government's loyal workers.
The Red Cathedral is a strategic 'euro-game' in which the players act as building crews and work together to construct St. Basil's Cathedral in Moscow for the evil Tsar Ivan. However, only one of the players will win Tsar Ivan's favour. The game consists of three 'actions', each with its own mechanism - and it requires players to keep a close eye on what the others are doing.
An accessible game that is easy to learn and stays interesting from game to game.
