Strategy game by Phil Walker-Harding from Space Cowboys, in which each player is a wizard collecting materia for their familiar and learning spells. Contains 84 spell cards, 105 materia tokens, an altar, 4 familiar boards, a bag and reference cards.
Each spell gives a lasting ability, and there are more than 2,100 possible combinations. The game ends when someone has filled their grimoire or fully fed their familiar, and it has a solo variant.
