An incredibly simple and fun game about building railway routes across Europe. The game can be learned in 3 minutes, yet it offers both a strategic and a tactical challenge.
Players collect train cards that match the colours of the routes on the board. Once enough cards of the same colour have been collected, they can be handed in and the player may then place train cars on the route. The longer the route, the more points the player scores. Players try to build routes that match their secret ticket cards, which give points at the end of the game.
Ticket to Ride: Europe introduces new tunnel and bridge routes, as well as station buildings that make it possible to use one of another player's routes to complete one of your tickets. This means it is not as easy to block your opponents as in the first Ticket to Ride.
Ticket to Ride is an incredibly popular family game. The rules are simple, but the game still offers many interesting choices and decisions.
