Moonrakers is a game of shipbuilding, temporary alliances and sharp negotiation, set in a spacefaring future. The players form a loose band of mercenaries, but although they are united in name, the actual alliances are unstable, as the players are pitted against each other in the struggle to become the new leader of the Moonrakers.
The Platinum Edition is the standard edition and has metal coins.
