These tarot cards are adorned with gloomy Gothic motifs made by Alchemy Studios in England.
Tarot - not to be confused with tarot - is a card game for four players, where you play with a partner and try to take tricks. A deck of tarot cards consists of 21 trump cards, 4 suits of 14 cards each and a joker card. The rules can vary greatly from country to country.
This set can also be used as regular playing cards, as it contains 52 cards in 4 suits.
The cards are also often used as fortune telling cards, as the 21 trump cards all depict some symbolic archetypes. This set of cards comes with an English overview of how to use the cards.
