In this game, players follow either the rules of monopolists or those of competitors. Competitors charge fair rents, build as soon as they own a property, place a maximum of four houses (green), after which they build a hotel (red), and occasionally engage in price wars. On the other hand, monopolists extort monopolistically high rents from their poor tenants, build only when they have at least two streets of the same color, restrict supply by building only three houses on their properties, after which they are also allowed to build a hotel (red), and occasionally they end up in jail!
The good guys are the small entrepreneurs, and the bad guys are the monopolists. Since players do not play by the same rules, fairness is achieved through a probability equalization technique for winnings (which is where the second author comes in).
Competitors earn more money than monopolists at the beginning of the game, but monopolists can catch up later, especially if competitors are not careful with their money!

If you order on a weekday before 3:00 PM, and the item is in stock at the store in question, the item will often be ready for pickup within a few hours.
Please note that the webshop is connected to our warehouse in Copenhagen. When you order for pickup in Aarhus, it can therefore take up to six days before the order is ready for pickup.
Therefore, always wait until you have received an email stating that your order is ready for pickup.
