Arkham Horror (3rd ed)
Arkham Horror is, as the name suggests, a horror game set in H.P. Lovecraft's Cthulhu universe. In Arkham Horror the players work together to stop one of The Ancient Ones from entering our world.
During the game the players travel around Arkham to gain new abilities, weapons, equipment and allies, while trying to clear the streets of monsters and close the portals which, if they are not closed, open the way for one of the 8 Ancient Ones in the game. If that happens, the players can only win by killing the terrible monster.
