Avalon Big Box
In The Resistance: Avalon, the players imagine themselves as knights of the Round Table, setting out on five missions to defeat the evil Mordred and his dark forces. But Mordred's spies are everywhere, and even among the knights of the Round Table there are some who have something to hide.
At the start of The Resistance: Avalon, each player is dealt a role card that says whether they are an honourable knight or a despicable spy. The spies know who each other are, but the knights start out with nothing to go on. Over the five missions the game lasts, the knights must deduce who they can trust. But they have to hurry. If the spies manage to sabotage three missions, the knights have lost and Mordred and the spies have won. The spies must be careful too, because the knights win as soon as they have completed three missions.
The Resistance: Avalon is a game of deduction, bluffing, lies, double-dealing and social interaction. It is very much a player-driven game that requires the participants to interact with each other.
This Big Box edition is a remastered version of the classic game, with a lot of new content that gives an endless number of ways to play.
