This expansion is required if you want to play Catan (also known as Settlers of Catan and Settlers ) with more than four people and you want to use the Explorers & Pirates expansion.
In addition to containing extra components, the set also comes with new scenarios adapted for 5-6 players.
This expansion requires both the Catan: 5-6 Player expansion to the base game and Catan: Explorers & Pirates.
NOTE: The English version of Catan has wooden pieces and larger maps than the Danish version, so it only works with other English expansions. In addition, the 2015 edition contains thicker landscape pieces, which are best suited for the 2015 base game.
