Batman-udgave af Cluedo fra Winning Moves, hvor kommissær Gordon er kidnappet under en efterforskning af korruption i Gothams politi. De mistænkte er Harley Quinn, Poison Ivy, The Joker, The Riddler, Catwoman og The Penguin, og våbnene er erstattet af Bat-gadgets som Batarang og Batmobile.
Spillerne bevæger sig rundt mellem steder som Arkham Asylum, Crime Alley og Gotham City Docks og samler spor. Målet er at finde ud af, hvilken skurk der står bag, hvor Gordon holdes fanget, og hvilken gadget der blev brugt.
