Deckscape: Heist in Venice
Deckscape is a big experience in a small box. The Deckscape games simulate the experience of being in an escape room: a room from which you try to get out before an hour has passed by solving all kinds of puzzles and riddles. It is both a brain-twisting and a fun experience.
In Heist in Venice you are retired professional thieves who are forced by unknown people to commit one last crime. You must sneak into the world's oldest casino and steal a chip worth 1 trillion euros. Each of you has special abilities that can come in useful if they are used at the right moments. But can you outwit the world's best security system?
Deckscape can be played alone or with friends. It is one of the escape room games that is well suited to families with older children, as it is designed so that you do not easily get stuck if you cannot find the right answer. You can also choose to get a series of hints to make it a little easier if needed.
Note that Deckscape games are likely to be played only once, as you then know all the riddles in the game. But it is a good little gift for anyone who wants to give an experience in a box.
