Deckscape: The Mystery of Eldorado
Deckscape is a big experience in a small box. The Deckscape games simulate the experience of being in an escape room: a room from which the players must try to get out within an hour by solving all kinds of puzzles and riddles. It is both a brain-twisting and a fun experience.
In The Mystery of Eldorado the players are a group of adventurers searching for the legendary golden city in the heart of the forest, but they have never found it. On the flight home, the head of a statue smashes into the plane, and you have to parachute out to survive. You are alone, hungry and tired, and there is danger all around. This could be the end of you - or your very last chance to solve the mystery of Eldorado.
Deckscape can be played alone or with friends. It is one of the escape room games that suit families with older children well, as it is designed so that players do not easily get “stuck” if they cannot find the right answer. It is also possible to ask for a series of hints to make things a little easier if needed.
Please note that Deckscape games are likely to be played only once, since all the riddles are known afterwards. But it makes a nice little gift for anyone who wants to give an experience in a box.
