Years after his confrontation with Van Helsing, Dracula lands again in Whitby, England. The townspeople seek the help of vampire hunter, Professor Van Helsing. Can Van Helsing defeat Dracula before he turns everyone into vampires?
In Dracula vs. Van Helsing, each player controls one of the titular characters. Van Helsing must eliminate Dracula's life points to win, but if Dracula turns all four residents of the same district into vampires, Dracula wins.
The game lasts up to five rounds, with players drawing and playing cards that affect the outcome of the game. Each round ends with either a vampire transformation or a loss of life points for Dracula. The first player to fulfill a winning condition wins the game.
