Exit: The Game is a game that tries to simulate a real escape room. The Deserted Lighthouse stands out from many of the other Exit games, as it contains no cards, only 4 jigsaw puzzles. The pieces for them are found along the way and must be assembled to move on in the story.
You trudge along the dark, rocky coast hoping to find shelter from the violent storm. Completely soaked, you look up and spot a beam of light cutting through the rain - a lighthouse. But out of the blue, the light from the lighthouse disappears. You look out over the water and see a ship heading straight for the rocks. You are the only one who can save the ship from being wrecked on the frightening rocks, but many challenges lie ahead of you.
Exit: The Game requires players to work together and rack their brains to get out in time. Note that once a game in the EXIT series has been played, its contents will have been destroyed and the secrets of the scenario will be known, so it can only be played once.
The Exit series' use of logic, maths-based riddles and deduction makes the games suitable for use in mathematics teaching.
