Gloomier: A Night At Hemlock Hall
Mysteries and murder await at Hemlock Hall. This is not the tale of an impressive detective, though - it is the story of the poor victims. Compete to tell the most tragic story while making sure your opponents stay in good health - and alive. Will you be held captive in the cellar, or poisoned while pruning apple trees?
Gloomier uses transparent cards, which let a character's story - and points - develop as cards are laid on top of them. Only the information visible right now counts. New cards add horrible events and give characters negative points. An untimely death ends a character's sad tale. You win if your family is the most miserable when they have all met their end.
Gloomier is part of the Gloom series. It can be played on its own, or used as an expansion for the other Gloom games.
